Diagnosis Procedure
1.CHECK BACK DOOR OPENER SWITCH
Check back door opener switch.
Refer to DLK-513, "Component Function Check".
Is the inspection result normal? YES >> GO TO 2.
NO >> Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
2.CHECK BACK DOOR OPENER ACTUATOR
Check back door opener actuator.
Refer to DLK-512, "Diagnosis Procedure".
Is the inspection result normal? YES >> GO TO 3.
NO >> Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
3.CHECK VEHICLE SPEED SIGNAL
Check vehicle speed signal.
Refer to MWI-46, "DTC Logic".
Is the inspection result normal? YES >> GO TO 4.
NO >> Repair or replace the malfunctioning parts.
4.REPLACE BCM
1. Replace BCM. Refer to BCS-161, "Removal and Installation".
2. Confirm the operation after replacement.
Is the result normal? YES >> INSPECTION END
NO >> Check intermittent incident. Refer to GI-42, "Intermittent Incident".
Door does not lock/unlock with keyfob
