Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) plate
The Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) plate is securely attached to your Nissan Leaf at the position indicated in the illustration. This unique 17-character identifier serves as the official fingerprint for your vehicle and is a mandatory requirement for all vehicle registration, insurance, and service documentation.
Vehicle identification number (chassis number)
The chassis-stamped vehicle identification number is located in the area shown. To access this number, simply remove the protective cover.
Traction motor serial number
