1.CHECK MAGNET CLUTCH OPERATION
Perform auto active test of IPDM E/R. Refer to PCS-12, "Diagnosis
Description" (with Intelligent Key) or PCS-
43, "Diagnosis Description" (without Intelligent Key).

1. Park the vehicle on a level surface and apply the parking brake.
2. Run the engine until it reaches operating temperature.
3. Turn off the engine. Wait more than 10 minutes for the oil to drain back into
the oil pan.
4. Remove the dipstick and wipe it clean.

1. Remove the hook cover from the bumper using a remover tool.
2. Securely install the vehicle recovery hook stored with jacking
tools.
